Partners in Reading celebrates its 10th anniversary

The highly successful Partners in Reading programme, run by Business in the Community, The EBP Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd celebrates its 10th anniversary.

For the 10th consecutive year, volunteers will be given the opportunity to go into primary schools in Lincoln to assist pupils with their reading and literacy skills. The programme has gone from strength to strength over recent years, in 2008 the programme saw volunteers from the world of business assisting a total of 80 pupils. A launch event for the 2009 programme will be taking place on Wednesday 12th January 2009.
